Job Description

At Dojo, we're on a mission to become the most trusted payments provider for independent businesses. We're seeking an experienced Sales Expansion Manager or Regional Business Development Lead to spearhead our growth in the Italian market and set the stage for our broader European launch.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive field sales strategy to drive growth and meet targets. This involves building and leading a team of self-employed sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional results. You'll also contribute to cross-functional initiatives, championing a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in the card payment industry with a proven background working in high-competition markets
  • Hands-on experience in the field working with payment consultants
  • Demonstrated success as a field sales manager or consultant in the payments industry
  • Proven ability to execute sales strategies and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a performance-based bonus structure and opportunities for professional growth and development.
