The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Greece and the Balkans. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, and providing sales training to resellers and customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and partners, and promoting our products effectively.
  • Distribution Network Development: Establish and maintain a strong network of distributors and resellers across Greece and the Balkans.
  • Sales Training: Provide comprehensive sales training to our resellers and customers to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to sell our products effectively.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an accomplished sales executive with outstanding negotiation and people skills, a background in manufacturing (preferably in the building industry), and extensive experience increasing sales and creating value. You will also need to be a native Greek speaker with professional-level English skills.
