We are seeking an experienced Regional Managing Director to lead our operational and business development initiatives in the LATAM region. This strategic role offers a seasoned professional the opportunity to drive growth, foster partnerships, and ensure alignment with our overall vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional strategies to strengthen market presence in the forex sector.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Boost revenue by acquiring new clients and deepening connections with existing ones.
- Establish partnerships to support regional expansion.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and regulatory-compliant processes in the region.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion with our global goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing team in the region, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and drive.
- Guide and mentor staff to enhance their skills and support their career growth within the company.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2-3 years in a senior leadership role within the forex industry, specifically focusing on the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements in LATAM.
- Proven success in driving business growth, meeting financial targets, and leading successful regional expansions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential; additional languages spoken in the LATAM region are a plus.
