Director of Sales Strategy

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a sales team in a specific territory and driving revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will have the unique opportunity to help shape our company's future by developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals. You will also be expected to collaborate with product and services personnel to create territory and account strategies to deliver on growth, price, and margin objectives.
A successful candidate should have 3+ years of experience in sales or related fields, preferably in the tags and labels business. Experience in negotiating complex transactions with upper-level management positions is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in assessing customer needs, efficient use of SF.com, and managing an opportunity pipeline are must-haves.
In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.
