Rtb House, a global leader in AI-powered ad buying, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive growth and expansion in the gaming industry. Based in Madrid, Spain, this role offers a unique opportunity to strategically co-create success stories with top-tier games publishers.
About the Role- We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in mobile gaming growth advertising.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new sales opportunities, converting them into clients, and delivering high-quality customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities with gaming publishers.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new partnerships and generate revenue.
- Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers at top gaming studios.
- Deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing quality and meeting deadlines.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobile gaming growth advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and AI technologies.
- A competitive salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience.
