Gaming Sales Director

About the Role
Rtb House is seeking a highly skilled Gaming Sales Director to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and converting them into Rtb House clients in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the gaming industry
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and generate revenue
- Handle all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Advising on successful campaign management for flagship publishers' titles
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers of biggest publishers across relevant genres
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with extensive successful B2B sales experience, ideally in mobile gaming growth advertising industry, with a strong understanding of the RTB programmatic process from a full-service DSP perspective.
Qualifications
- High EQ level and maturity to build lasting C-suites relationships
- Broad business contacts network within relevant top gaming studios across the region
- Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness to solve problems independently
- Excellent time management, quality-first attitude, attention to detail, and high perceptiveness
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
