Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Sales Leadership Director, you will be responsible for managing sales teams and driving business strategy in geographies with larger sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with regional Sales Leadership and decision makers to develop sales strategies that deliver strategic objectives.
  • Define sales force approaches and determine targets that sales forces should achieve and strive to exceed.
  • Provide input into and ensure implementation of sales procedures and policies defined by sales leadership.
  • Drive alignment to sales and organisational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
  • Manage sales teams operationally, creating and executing plans and reporting on team activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
  • Extended experience in similar role within related environment.
  • Previous experience operationally managing sales teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales management role.
  • Strategic and operational planning experience.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan and paid time off.
