**Job Summary**

The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving strategic objectives at Ntt. Reporting to the Senior Sales Director, this key position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales management, leadership, and client engagement.

The successful candidate will lead a team of Client Managers and Sales Specialists, guiding them to meet or exceed sales targets while fostering outstanding relationships with clients. This involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, allocating territories and targets, and providing coaching and support to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with regional Sales Leadership and decision-makers to develop and implement sales strategies that align with global and regional organizational objectives.
  • Define sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient market approach and accurate target setting.
  • Drive alignment to sales and organizational strategies by creating operational plans and identifying areas for continuous improvement in the sales process.
  • Lead operational management of the team, overseeing plan execution, and reporting on team activities in required forums.
  • Engage in account planning and assist Client Managers in opportunity qualification for large or complex deals.
  • Engage with vendors and partners to create go-to-market strategies with their sales teams.
  • Act as a mentor/coach and advisor, assisting the sales force in setting and keeping to priority activities.

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Sales business acumen, with a focus on planning, leveraging tools and data, and concentrating on Ntt business requirements.
  • Sales client engagement and management skills, including detailed understanding of client needs, effective sales planning, and building trust.
  • Sales solution skills, with knowledge of Ntt Ltd's offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
  • Sales resources optimization skills, involving internal relationships, working with pursuit teams, and leveraging vendors as resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales pursuit skills, enabling success through individual ownership and accountability for coordinating internal and external resources in order to close sales opportunities.
  • Sales strategy execution skills, ensuring alignment to the business strategy, target setting, and associated processes aligned to meeting targets.
  • Sales talent management and enablement skills, ensuring results achieved through effective talent management.
