Sales Director for Canary Islands Territory

Pandora West Africa is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the Canary Islands territory.
About the Role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesale customers and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
About You
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
