Pandora West Africa is seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth in the Canary Islands territory.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesale customers and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
