**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Director to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field sales business plans for assigned territories.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

**Salary Information**

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
