Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing Haleon in the region, maximizing distribution, assortment, sell-in, sell-out, visibility, and recommendation of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets within budget by optimizing sales fundamentals (distribution, assortment, visibility, promotion, and recommendation) in pharmacies across the territory
• Execute the sales call model to meet or exceed sales and market share targets within agreed budgets
• Visit pharmacies according to cycle plans, follow up on stocks and orders, and maximize sales calls per day towards pharmacies according to sales strategy
• Execute all elements of the sales cycle (visibility materials, training to pharmacy staff) to maximize sell-out of Haleon brands in the territory
• Analyze sales and tracking in the territory, provide timely and accurate reports to management, and update and maintain sales tracking systems to maximize effectiveness
• Foster business development with top pharmacies through effective assortment implementation, stand out visibility, and active recommendation
• Improve overall customer satisfaction by providing the right level of support and training to pharmacy staff

Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for professionals with the following essential skills:
1. University degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Engineering, or Sciences
2. Local Market Knowledge (Madrid) + 2 years of Sales Experience preferably in Consumer Healthcare (Pharmacy) or FMCG with proven record of sales performance

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
