Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in expanding client base within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in prospecting, outreach, and client acquisition (new logos). This position offers autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Conduct product demos and manage the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
- CRM Utilization: Use Salesforce and other tools to track and report sales activities.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage pricing discussions and finalize agreements to maximize profitability.
- Conference Representation: Represent at industry conferences (approximately 25% travel required).
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience (3-5 years), ideally in SaaS, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
- Strong client acquisition skills with a hunter mentality and a track record of success.
- Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
- Excellent self-management skills, thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work in US time zones.
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or life sciences is essential.
- Quick adaptability and ability to learn on the go with minimal onboarding.
Estimated Salary: up to $3300 USD per month. Compensation includes flexible hours, remote work arrangement, and opportunities for professional growth.
