Overview
We are looking for a Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Eurofins Campus. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying business opportunities within the animal health market.
Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description
The Sales Business Development Representative will be responsible for finding and categorizing companies in the animal health market. Your main objectives will be to identify and qualify potential customers, build relationships, and maintain communication with these prospective customers. You will also work closely with our Sales Manager and the Sales Development Team to support, adjust, and improve on sales strategies and tactics based on your experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify business opportunities through cold calling, email, and other communication channels.
- Collect information necessary for Sales Representative outreach and/or future Marketing activities.
- Organize appointments/meetings with account executives depending on the country.
- Identify decision makers, needs, and opportunities.
- Maintain and update existing records as information is obtained in CRM.
- Discover the contact's needs and interests relating to Veterinary Diagnostics Health applications.
- Understand and take ownership of the importance of your role and connecting with others.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree who is eager to join a sales team and has a passion for business development.
- A native speaker of English (advanced but non-native language level in French or German could also be considered).
- The ability to work within a team and cooperate, be open to new ideas, recognize responsibilities, and actively participate with others to accomplish assignments and achieve desired goals.
