About the Role: As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Growth Era, you will be a key driver of client success by managing and optimizing outreach efforts. You will take on advanced prospecting responsibilities, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and help guide prospects through the funnel. As a senior member of the SDR team, you will also mentor junior SDRs and collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings.
  • Identify the needs of prospective buyers and build long-term trusting relationships to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and our clients.
  • Be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within the CRM application.
  • Participate in discovery meetings and coaching sessions.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • C1+ English level proficiency.
  • Experience working in a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM and SEP software.

Key Metrics: Meeting volume: six to 12 new sales-qualified attended meetings per month. Ability to work with two clients in different industries.
