About the Role
We're seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team at Recruit4Work. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Meet sales targets, manage a portfolio of accounts, educate clients about our offerings, and conduct daily outbound calls and emails. Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and align business needs with our solutions. Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system, working towards team and individual goals related to KPIs.
Requirements
BA/BS degree, proficient Dutch with fluency in English, experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT sector. Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, strong business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
