Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Business Development Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales Team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will support and work alongside international commercial sales managers and account executives on mapping and searching for potential customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers to generate interest in our Execution Management System, presenting and reporting progress to sales leaders, and supporting account executives in prospecting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to generate interest in receiving a presentation of our Execution Management System
  • Presents and reports progress to sales leaders to ensure growth results
  • Supports account executives in the preparation and execution of prospecting activities
Requirements
  • Student of Business Administration or comparable program
  • Curious and long-term interest in sales
  • Ability to listen well, excellent communication skills, and comfort as an interface between departments and management levels
  • Eye for detail, exceptional organizational, and planning skills in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good in Excel and interested in working with different IT tools
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately €35,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to employee well-being and success.
