Company Overview: Abacus Medicine is a dedicated company to enhancing global healthcare by improving access to medicine with a presence in multiple countries, including our office in Madrid, Spain. We are currently 12 colleagues with different backgrounds dedicated to developing our operations in Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around €50,000 - €60,000 based on the job requirements and location.

Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you will assist us by executing sales and administrative tasks. The goal is for our Business Sales Manager and Country Manager to reach new prospects 100%. You will be responsible for building and improving customer relationships, developing and implementing sales processes, researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts, collaborating with other departments to identify business goals, identifying customers and sales opportunities, creating and managing automation tools, implementing and managing CRM tools, and providing comprehensive office support.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with current hospital customer portfolio
  • Elaborate documentation such as customer notifications, reports, offer proposals, etc.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes
  • Research and analyze data to create sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify business goals
  • Identify customers and sales opportunities
  • Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
  • Implement and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
  • Provide comprehensive office support

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of CRM Systems, analytical skills, strong ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights, around 2-3 years of working experience in sales or office support within the pharmaceutical sector, and a high level of Spanish & English - corporate language. Knowledge of Italian and Portuguese will be positively evaluated.
