Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a critical role in building relationships with them. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new sales leads, resulting in closed deals that drive revenue growth for our organization.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, cold outreach, and follow-up communications
- BUILD strong relationships with potential clients by providing value and demonstrating expertise in our products or services
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and maximize results
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
To succeed as a Sales Development Representative, you will need:
- MINIMUM 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field
- NATIVE or FLUENT FRENCH language skills (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A PROACTIVE and self-motivated approach, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding targets
