Mycareer+ is a dynamic provider of managed website services, driven by innovation and customer satisfaction. We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team.
Role SummaryThe Enterprise Sales Development Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls daily to small business owners with existing websites who could benefit from our website services.
This role involves efficiently managing lead lists, qualifying prospects, and facilitating live transfers to Account Executives for closing the deal.
- Making 500-1000 outbound calls daily to small business owners
- Using CRM tools and a power dialer to streamline and expedite the calling process
- Assessing prospects' needs and determining how our website services can meet those needs
- Engaging with prospects to understand their challenges and demonstrating how our services can add value
- Transferring interested prospects live to an Account Executive to finalize the sale
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversions
In this role, you will also participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should have:
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume cold calling, ideally in a similar role
- Strong English speaking skills, with excellent fluency and clarity
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Familiarity with CRM systems and power dialer tools
- Resilience and professionalism when facing rejection
We offer a competitive base salary of $6 USD per hour, with an opportunity to earn up to $1,000 USD in performance-based bonuses each month.
