Pharmaceutical Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Business Development Representative to join our team at Sagan. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors.
About the RoleThis position focuses on prospecting, outreach, and client acquisition (new logos) using various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing. You will leverage your skills and expertise to generate leads and close sales in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing leads.
- Sales Cycle Management: Conduct product demos and manage the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing discussions and finalize agreements to maximize profitability.
- Conference Representation: Represent the company at industry conferences (approximately 25% travel required).
- Proven Track Record: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Pharma, or Life Sciences.
- Strong Client Acquisition Skills: A hunter mentality and a track record of success in acquiring new clients.
- Sales Expertise: Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
- Self-Management Skills: Excellent self-management skills, thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Location Flexibility: Availability to work in US time zones.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, or life sciences is essential.
- Adaptability: Quick adaptability and ability to learn on the go with minimal onboarding.
The estimated salary range for this role is up to $3300 USD per month, depending on experience.
