**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer for the North & Canary Islands region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving double-digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
You will foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector. Additionally, you will be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data-driven organization, leveraging an on-offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e-commerce and management systems like CRM.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing data to define and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy
- Coordinating with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan
- Implementing business development methodology: training, ride along, etc.
- Alignment of internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP
- Maintaining strong analytical capabilities and a high level of organizational and creative competence
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree or master's degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration, or management
- +3 years of experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience...)
- +3 years of experience related to business analytics or similar
- eCommerce experience
- Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI
- Located in North of Spain
- A high level of English
**Estimated Salary:** €50,000 - €70,000 per annum
