Pandora West Africa is seeking an Executive Sales Director to lead our team in the Canary Islands. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams across our retail portfolio.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, plus a generous bonus scheme and employee discounts on PANDORA purchases.

About the Role

As an Executive Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of experienced store managers and sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand initiatives, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze business performance data and identify opportunities for improvement to drive sales and profitability.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of sales leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong expertise in wholesale channel management, with experience in negotiating commercial agreements and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
