Job Summary
The Business Development Director II Data Sales and Solutions is a field-based career opportunity at Labcorp, one of the world's best employers and a leader in the industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling Real-World Data (RWD) solutions that enable clinical trials through optimizing protocol design, patient recruitment, and other solutions/services developed by Labcorp.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve account portfolio financial goals
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and executives within Pharma/Life Sciences accounts
- Grow market share of existing service lines and optimize new service line launch
- Collaborate with RWD Products team to develop concepts, strategies, and define services
- Develop and manage robust and strategic account plans, including actionable account strategies
Requirements
- Strong understanding of strengths and limitations of different real-world data sources
- Ability to apply this knowledge in solution recommendations that effectively address customer challenges
- Skilled at identifying executive targets and building relationships across the enterprise
