Senior Sales Development Director

We're seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Sales Development Director to join our team at Brightvision. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by driving quality, results, and compliance.
In close collaboration with our Outbound Business Unit Manager, Team Leaders, Mentors (Coaches), and other key stakeholders, you'll ensure that our SDRs meet and exceed expectations. Your mission will be to elevate our SDR team to new heights and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the process owner for SDR activities, ensuring best practices are followed and continuously improved.
2. Develop and implement effective onboarding and ongoing education programs for new SDRs, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
3. Work closely with the Outbound Business Unit Manager to make strategic decisions regarding hiring new SDRs, determining project suitability, and optimizing team composition.
4. Collaborate with our IT department to ensure SDRs have access to the best tools and technologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness in their work.
5. Regularly check-in with Project Managers to monitor quality, adherence to processes, and recommend improvements where necessary.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including a bonus program, stipend for remote work, health wellness program, and opportunities for professional development.
