Job Description: As Assistant Director of Leisure Sales, your role is crucial in driving business growth and executing sales strategies tailored to the leisure segment. Serving as a brand ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our Global Sales Organisation (GSO) network and leisure partners to maximise opportunities and uphold our esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong, secure, and productive business relationships by achieving leisure rooms' revenues targets in line with the Sales and Marketing (S&M) budget.
  • Communicate the hotel image to existing and potential customers at all times, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
  • Stay well-versed in hotel offerings, rates, and promotions, actively promoting our services and amenities to drive sales.
  • Identify periods of high demand and implement targeted offers to specific markets, coordinating peak booking campaigns to maximise revenue.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to recommend tactics and maintain our competitive edge in the leisure market.
  • Drive leisure sales through various channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia, ensuring a strong presence in the market.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales calls, showcasing our brand and services to a wider audience.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and prepare compelling proposals to drive business growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM records to support sales activities and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submission of administrative reports.
  • Participate in weekly sales and revenue meetings, offering insights and tactical promotions to drive sales and revenue.
  • Uphold departmental and hotel standard operating procedures, ensuring a high level of service and quality in all aspects of the role.
