Sales Director Spain

Our client is a top-tier European multinational that designs, builds, and provides its own engineering solutions for pools. We are seeking a Spanish Sales Director to lead the Spanish market and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Spanish market, identifying and evaluating market opportunities, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key B2C clients, partners, and industry influencers.
The Sales Director will also be responsible for leading and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will drive sales initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant equivalent experience. They will be fluent in Spanish and French, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous. They will also have a strong understanding of the engineering, construction, and related sectors.
