About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Off Trade business in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the Spanish market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership roles within the FMCG sector. They will be an inspirational leader with outstanding team-building and mentoring skills, and will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a senior sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and innovation. They will also be responsible for handling budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies to achieve financial targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the Spanish market
