About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Spain. As the Head of Sales Spain, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in Spain
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Contribute to key strategic deals and maximize performance
  • Work closely with the Spain GM and other stakeholders to articulate the global go-to-market approach
Requirements
  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching
  • Strong background in sales within challenging environments
  • Experience in selling to HR stakeholders in Spain to companies from 50 to 5000 employees
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty
  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace or building sales teams from scratch
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects#39; problems
  • Ability to animate a large community of sales people
  • Good B2B marketing culture to help build a strong B2B brand
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
