About the Role

The Head of Sales Spain is a key position within Alan, responsible for driving the company's growth in the Spanish market. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement sales strategies to drive recurring revenue in Spain
  • Mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team in Spain
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize lead generation and sales effectiveness
  • Work closely with the Spain GM and other stakeholders to align sales strategies with company goals
Requirements
  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching
  • Strong background in sales within challenging environments
  • Experience in selling to HR stakeholders in Spain to companies from 50 to 5000 employees
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments and manage uncertainty
  • Experience in scaling sales teams at a high pace or building sales teams from scratch
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
