Head Of Sales Spain Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business growth and expansion in Spain. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategies to achieve recurring revenue targets in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining sales goals and strategies to drive business growth in Spain
  • Mentoring and leading a high-performing sales team of 20+ sales professionals
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent to ensure a progressive career path
  • Continuously assessing and validating sales strategies and processes
  • Measuring and reporting on sales effectiveness and adjusting programs as needed
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Product to maximize lead generation and feedback loops
  • Working closely with the sales ops team to optimize sales efficiency
  • Participating in key strategic deals to maximize performance

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in sales team leadership and coaching
  • Strong background in sales within challenging environments
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and managing uncertainty
  • Experience in scaling sales teams or building sales teams from scratch
  • Proven sales methodologies deployment (Value Selling, Challenger Sale, Consultative Sale)
  • Passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems
  • Ability to animate a large sales community
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
  • Strong data skills and desire to learn fast
