TotalEnergies is seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Professional to lead our sales efforts in the B2C segment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. Your expertise in commercial management and team leadership will be essential in achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
