**Global Sales Director Leadership Position**

About the Role

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving growth across assigned Global Key Accounts (GKA) for Amcor. This role will involve developing and executing strategies for assigned accounts, leading select teams, and collaborating with Business Group (BG)/Business Unit (BU) Sales & Marketing teams. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver commercial excellence, drive revenue and profit growth, and instill strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy and aspiration for assigned GKA, aligning with Amcor's sales and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee account plans, establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver value propositions that meet customer requirements.
  • Partner with commercial teams to leverage market and customer intelligence, driving sales growth and margin objectives.
  • Facilitate joint business planning, establish governance models, and oversee process delivery to achieve sales, growth, and contribution objectives.
  • Monitor performance against targets, coordinate corrective actions, and identify continuous improvement initiatives to lower sales costs and maximize overall contribution.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in a commercial or adjacent role in a complex industry, ideally food/healthcare packaging.
  • International working experience and a track record of delivering revenue and profit growth within the packaging industry.
  • Strong experience in strategic leadership, ability to operate within a matrix organization, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Advanced business and financial acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and enterprise-wide leadership abilities.
