Our Client: A leading video advertising company operates across 3,000 premium websites, serving advertisers and maximizing earnings for publishers. With advanced technology managing 5 billion ad requests daily from 600 million users, this company prioritizes quality service and team development, offering employees the chance to work with innovative technology in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales strategy and commercial team in a specific territory. Key responsibilities include:
• Achieving sales targets for each country within your territory
• Participating in the recruitment and hiring process of the commercial team
• Providing detailed sales forecasting on a quarterly, semester, and annual basis
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
• Allocating resources to achieve sales and service goals
• Motivating sales teams to achieve their objectives

Your Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Full proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in a sales leadership position
• Proven track record of reporting to C-level executives
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to lead multicultural sales teams and think strategically
• Deep knowledge of the Ad-Tech sector

About You: As a highly motivated and results-driven professional, you will thrive in this dynamic environment. A Master's degree in a business-related field is desirable, but not essential. If you have previous experience collaborating with leading agencies such as WPP, Publicis, OMG, Dentsu, or IPG in Latam markets, it will be highly valued.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
