The Opportunity

We are seeking an Iberia Sales Manager for our Consumer Business Group (CBG) to lead our experienced sales team in executing sales, customer, and market strategies across Spain and Portugal.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing key account sales team to achieve sales targets and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Determine and influence business decisions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Implement sales operation programs to drive growth and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Set priorities and timetables, assign resources/tasks, and provide performance feedback to build growth.
  • Support and coach your sales organization to demonstrate strong people skills and develop the team to achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level.
  • Expert selling and customer experience in FMCG/Retail markets.
  • Current, valid driver's license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.
  • Negotiations Skills Certification.
  • Remote Management (preferably cross country/International).
  • Project management.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role will include between 25% to 50% domestic and international travel within Iberia depending on customer requirements. Role Location: Madrid, Spain.
