About This Opportunity

As the Area Sales Manager for the North of Spain, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and contributing to the Iberian leadership group. Your primary objective will be to achieve operational plans in line with company and country strategic objectives by developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership in one-on-one, region, and group settings.
  • Ensure that Territory Managers manage accounts in their assigned territory via TAPS (Territory Activity Planning for Sales) on a quarterly basis.
  • Work with the Country Manager to set operational plans for future periods.
  • Maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience within sales, ideally within dental or healthcare.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience essential managing a sales team.
