About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Iberia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Iberia region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Iberia market, including customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the IT/data center segment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Iberia market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
