About Uber Eats Spain: We're seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to develop and execute the sales strategy in one of our largest markets globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives, guiding them to achieve strong sales results and excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Build an optimal sales team to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability.
  • Execution: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet company goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and sustain our market leading position.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our overall sales strategy and drive business results. You will be expected to utilize data from Salesforce and Sales Operations to inform your coaching and decision-making.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in leadership roles. If you have a passion for sales, a talent for building high-performing teams, and a desire to make a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Salary Range: €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
