Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Expert to lead our customer sales and channel activities in Spain to achieve revenue growth and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop channels to ensure market penetration, segment growth, customer support, project winning, and new customer acquisition to achieve sales objectives.
  • Project Engagement: Visit clients and engage in the design process to obtain specifications in large commercial and industrial projects.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify significant bid opportunities and provide complete project information, including price strategy.
  • Sales Performance: Establish sales goals and specification objectives to meet company sales targets.
  • Leadership: Provide regional leadership and representation of Armstrong Fluid Technology, interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders and constituents.
  • Product Training: Perform product training for end users, consultants, contractors, reps, and wholesalers to promote Armstrong's new and existing product/solution lines.
  • Commercial Initiatives: Interact with the Company marketing department to develop commercial initiatives and actively participate in trade shows organizations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in design, sales, or service in the HVAC system knowledge is essential.
  • Qualifications: University degree or college diploma in mechanical engineering is ideal but not mandatory. A commercial professional with a strong experience in the pump industry, commercial building sector, and good all-round knowledge of industry dynamics will be looked upon.
  • Certifications: Value & Solution Selling is a mandatory skill, CRM knowledge and utilization is mandatory.
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English (written and spoken). French, Portuguese, or Italian will be a plus.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
