Your Role:
- Identify new sales opportunities in EMEA and convert them into RTB House clients.
- Develop strategies to acquire new partnerships and generate revenue by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and advising on successful campaign management for flagship publishers' titles.
- Bld relationships with senior decision-makers of major publishers across relevant genres.
- Dliver high-quality customer relationship management, satisfaction, and interaction.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts to internal RTB House stakeholders and report regularly on progress status, budget, and goals realization.
- Attend key industry events and conferences across the region.
- Develop professional technical knowledge by attending international training sessions.
- Partner with RTB House technical, account management, creatives, and other relevant teams.
- Devise strategies and suggest solutions to complex problems coming from clients and build organization gaming subject matter expertise.
- Help clients improve advertising strategy and provide relevant recommendations.
Requirements:
- Extensive successful B2B sales experience, ideally in mobile gaming growth advertising industry, esp. in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement campaigns and the RTB programmatic process from a full service (managed) DSP perspective.
- High EQ level, maturity, and ability to build lasting C-suites relationships with marketing budget owners and other decision makers and stakeholders based on experience in mobile gaming domain and winning large clients accounts.
- Broad business contacts network within relevant top gaming studios across the region.
- Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly with various internal and external stakeholders, esp. to handle customer's needs and expectations in terms of qualitative and quantitative goals to ensure sustainable win-win cooperation.
- Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness with ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent time management, quality-first attitude, attention to detail, and high perceptiveness.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
