Rtb House is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and expansion across the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver high-quality customer relationships.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who can leverage their expertise to:

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities into RTB House clients in EMEA
  • Develop strategies for acquiring new partnerships and generating revenue through the sales cycle
  • Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers at top gaming publishers

This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile gaming industry, particularly in-app advertising, performance retargeting, and re-engagement campaigns. You should have a proven track record of successful B2B sales experience and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, ideally in mobile gaming growth advertising
  • High EQ level and ability to build lasting C-suites relationships
  • Broad business contacts network within the gaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
  • Excellent time management and quality-first attitude

In return, we offer a competitive salary of €80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and innovation.
