Strategic Sales Director for EMEA Markets

For our international client in the Hague area, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to lead the Benelux market expansion into the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving growth, increasing sales, and securing listings of our clients' products within the assigned area of responsibility. The position includes occasional travel to assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Dealers/Resellers/Wholesalers within the French, Benelux, and selected EMEA regions.
  • Serve as a key liaison between our client and regional partners, optimizing marketing tools and achieving set growth plans and targets.
  • Identify and onboard new partners/customers within the EMEA region, collaborating closely with Sales Support Managers and Junior Account Managers.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary, including an estimated annual salary of $120,000, plus annual bonus structure, travel reimbursement, 25 vacation days per year, hybrid working environment, laptop, company phone, and pension scheme. If you possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with at least 5+ years' experience in Sales/Account management and fluency in Dutch and English, we encourage you to apply.
