Senior Sales Director for Strategic Programs

About the Role
">Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global strategic programs. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and revenue across various geographies.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Lead stakeholder management sessions to ensure open communication and alignment on business goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand market trends and forecast, consolidating input for management decisions
- Provide market intelligence and competitive watch, evaluating and developing market-specific sales strategies
- Closely work with the marketing team to manage releases, promotions, and advertising efforts
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular progress updates to management
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- At least 12 years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies in the IT industry
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
- Self-motivation, hardworking, and proactive approach
