We are seeking a Senior Product and Sales Director for our client, a global leader in high-technology systems. This position will lead strategic sales activities for vacuum furnace systems across multiple sectors.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity based in Mexico City, Queretaro, or Guadalajara, with travel requirements to locations throughout Mexico. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, manufacturing, or sales and marketing, ideally with knowledge of heat treatment, diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing furnaces, and materials technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities with strategic customer accounts
  • Manage the Mexican Industrial Furnace sales, operating budgets, and forecast within corporate guidelines
  • Present product offerings and collect external customers' and engineers' requirements and viewpoints to senior management
  • Develop programs and strategies to measure and meet customer expectations
  • Attend trade shows, lectures at technical conferences, and present company technology to the Mexican market

Requirements:

  • Minimum BS in Mechanical Engineering or Material Sciences
  • MBA or PhD highly desirable
  • 7-10 years of experience in project or product management, manufacturing, or sales and marketing
  • Basic knowledge in materials technology and contract services
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, French and German a plus

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
