**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product and Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Mexico. As a strategic sales director, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing relationships with industrial customers.

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing of high-technology systems, including vacuum furnaces and heat treatment equipment. With operations in multiple industries, such as semiconductor, hard metals, electronics, optics, and energy, they offer a wide range of products and services.

**Job Description**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or materials science, with experience in project management, sales, and marketing. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field is required, with expertise in the sales of heat treatment, diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing furnaces, and chemical vapor deposition infiltration (CVD/CVI) equipment. Basic knowledge of materials technology and contract services is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop new sales opportunities for industrial furnace systems in various sectors
  • Manage operating budgets and forecast for Mexican Industrial Furnace sales, ensuring positive EBIT
  • Travel to locations throughout Mexico to present product offerings and collect customer requirements
  • Develop programs and strategies to measure and meet customer expectations

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to analyze complex business operations information and data. Strong communication and presentation skills are also essential, with the ability to effectively interface and negotiate directly with customers and suppliers. Familiarity with Miller Heiman Sales methodology and basic understanding of CRM sales tools are advantageous.

**Benefits**

This position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
