Strategic Sales Director for Diagnostic Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our efforts in the Madrid and Castilla La Mancha areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our presence in these regions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have previous sales experience in the healthcare market, with a proven track record of success. They will also possess strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams is also desirable.
Responsibilities- Manage sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio in order to offer customers solutions that best suit their needs.
- Develop account strategy and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, handling their needs in a compliant manner.
- Provide leadership, insights, and guidance to team members to enable them to support delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth.

Compensation PackageWe offer an attractive compensation package, estimated to be around €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and opportunities for professional development.
