Job Description
We seek a dynamic Sales Professional to drive sales of our cutting-edge software products. The ideal candidate will excel in developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that enhance client business processes and technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for technology solutions including SaaS and enterprise software.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to a diverse range of clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build a network and promote company products.
- Continuously update knowledge of the latest trends in technology sales to provide insights and innovative solutions.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in technology sales, including SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.Com, and understanding of sales process management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capacity to create and deliver comprehensive business strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Relevant sales certifications a plus.
