As an Account Executive at Workday, you'll be a key player in our Field Sales organization, leveraging your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of our solutions within existing customers.
This role offers unparalleled opportunities for professional growth and development. You'll work closely with our internal teams, including pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support, to drive strategic add-on and renewal business of our solutions.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You should have expertise in negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives and building relationships with existing customers for add-on or incremental business.
About this role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to upsell via deal management
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with pre-sales and other resources
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions
Our compensation package includes a highly competitive base salary, ranging from $140,000 to $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous 401(k) matching program.
