About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts targeting a Russian-speaking audience across the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East. As a Strategic Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, driving growth, and establishing relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish an international sales system from scratch, covering the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East
  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage the Russian-speaking investment audience
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners
  • Create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Set and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and insights

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree
  • Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field
  • Experience in selling banking products or EdTech solutions is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Russian and English
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans
