Senior Sales Executive for Benelux and EMEA Markets

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Benelux and EMEA markets. This role will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key partners and customers.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in hardware products sales. The successful candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the office industry and international sales experience in at least two of the following geographical areas: NL, FR, Nordics, DACH, IT, Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales efforts in the Benelux and EMEA markets, driving growth and expansion into new regions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships and customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and business development teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Plan and forecast sales budgets on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Conduct proactive website checks when new products are listed, ensuring online presence and offerings are optimized.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or account management, with a focus on hardware products.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the office industry and international sales experience in at least two of the following geographical areas: NL, FR, Nordics, DACH, IT, Eastern Europe.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with travel and occasional work outside regular working hours.

- A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
