Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in French and a passion for creative software solutions, design, and digital media.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales efforts across Francophone markets. You will work closely with potential clients, helping them discover the value of our cutting-edge creative tools for design, marketing, and media production. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential clients in French-speaking regions to promote our suite of creative software products.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and post-sale support.
• Conduct product demos and presentations, showcasing how our software enhances creativity and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned region.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in French (native or near-native) and strong proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of design, digital marketing, and/or media production industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This compensation package includes a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
